2. Real Estate Services

Daniela Alcántara LLC provides licensed real estate brokerage services in the State of Texas, with a focus on new construction homes in the greater Houston metropolitan area, including but not limited to Katy, Sugar Land, The Woodlands, Pearland, Cypress, Tomball, Spring, Humble, Missouri City, and Richmond.

Engagement of our real estate services is subject to a separate written buyer representation agreement as required under Texas law and the rules of the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC). Nothing on this website constitutes a binding agency agreement.

We reserve the right to decline representation at our discretion, subject to all applicable laws and regulations, including the Fair Housing Act and the Texas Fair Housing Act.

3. License Information

Daniela Alcántara is a licensed Texas REALTOR® operating under Home Alliance Realty Group. All real estate activities are conducted in compliance with the Texas Real Estate License Act (TRELA) and the rules promulgated by the Texas Real Estate Commission.

You may verify the license status of any Texas real estate licensee at trec.texas.gov.

As required by TREC, the Information About Brokerage Services (IABS) form is available on this website and will be provided to all prospective clients prior to the first substantive communication regarding real estate services.
